Many times there are misconceptions that can be cleared up right now so that it doesn’t arise as a serious issue in the future. One of the first steps is to ensure you have a pre-approved mortgage, and with that information we will have all we need to set the appropriate budget for your purchase.

CAUTION: I have had several clients use some lenders which aren’t in the habit of doing a full pre-approval, which resulted the clients finding their dream home only to be disappointed when the final approval was sought and declined for a reason that would be turned up in the normal course of a typical pre-approval.
